Returns & Refunds policy

When purchasing hats, please be aware that ALL CAPS are non-refundable once the item has shipped due to hygienic concerns as there would be no way to confirm the items are unworn.  Therefore, we strongly encourage buyers to review their selection(s) thoroughly to ensure the item ordered is the desired item(s) without any reservation prior to finalizing their purchase.  If you have any uncertainties or questions regarding your order, our support team is readily available to assist you.  You can reach us by emailing your questions through our website at ucedt.com/support.  Your satisfaction is important to us, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch for any clarification you require.  We strive to respond to all buyer concerns and/or questions within 72hrs of receipt.

You may cancel any order within 24hrs of purchase as long as the item you are purchasing did not contain any customization AND has not already been digitized and stitched on their chosen garment.  The deadline for returning any unworn/used PATCHES purchase through us is 30days from the order date as long as the PATCH also did not require and custom changes and there are no visible marks indication the item has been stitched or ironed on another item.  Please do not remove the iron-on paper backing unless you are sure you will not be returning your PATCHES.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail ucembroidery@ucedt.com Purchaser assumes all cost to return their unused PATCHES and those cost are non-refundable.

We will reimburse you for the full cost of your patches ordered no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned items.  We will use the same means of payment as was used for the initial order.   Depending on the cost the buyer may incur additional fees related to such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The PATCH(s) were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The PATCH(s) are in the original packaging and show no signs of use.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Items made to your specifications or have been personalized.

  • Caps, Jerseys and Sweatshirts are NOT suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.  You should send the goods to the following address:

We (uCEDT.com) cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment.  Therefore, we recommend when returning item(s) to uCEDT.com buyers use an insured and trackable mail service.   We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
